Orders exceeding £100 qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the United Kingdom.

Every card and box is treated with the utmost care. Singles are shipped in top-loaders and team bags inside bubble mailers or flat boxes. Sealed products are double-boxed or reinforced to prevent corner damage during transit. At TCG Tavern, we ensure your products arrive in the condition they left our shop.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At TCG Tavern, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the volatile nature of the Trading Card Game market, our return policy is designed to protect both our community and the integrity of our sealed products.
- Sealed products (Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Packs) must be returned in their original, untampered factory shrink-wrap within 14 days of delivery.
- Individual cards (Singles) are not eligible for returns once they have left our facility, ensuring every card you buy is exactly as described.
- Accessories such as sleeves, binders, and playmats may be returned if they are in their original, unopened packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
